(East Smethport, PA)…Mother Nature once again affected the FASTRAK Northeast Touring Series as rain and the threat of additional storms washed out the event on Saturday night at McKean County Raceway. The event will not be rescheduled.
A fine field of 26 Late Models had already gathered when the decision was made to cancel the event. Those that paid the $75 entry fee will have a credit to use for any of the three remaining events coming up at Dog Hollow Speedway on Friday, August 31, Raceway 7 on Friday, September 7, and McKean County on Friday, September 28. If anyone is unable to attend any of those races, you can receive a full refund by contact the FASTRAK Northeast office.
